Now
I maintain and develop web platforms as a full stack web developer at Aarhus University.
In my spare time, I make websites like this one and use coding in creative projects such as musical composition, touch-less interface design, and interactive art installations. By scratching that coding itch and contributing to open source projects I have discovered a joy in developing software and creating meaningful user interfaces.
Current projects
I am currently working on a few projects:
- The website that you are currently reading is an ongoing work-in-progress. It’s made with Astro, React, and a dash of p5.js.
- I’m making music with SuperCollider, using generative composition techniques and granular synthesis to create abstract musical tapestries.
Not so current projects
I have taught many students how to make music with computer code. Now you can download a free PDF of my Danish-language book about composition and sound production in SuperCollider. You can also read it online, which is practical if you would like an auto-translated version.
What’s a “now” page?
In case you’re wondering, the idea of a “now” page is to share what’s going on currently, as opposed to what happened way back in the past. If you want to see what else I’ve worked on, feel free to connect via mail or social media.
